Soltyslabel creates botanical silk garments through slow handmade process and singular studio practice.
Each piece is individually cut, sewn, botanically printed, and naturally dyed by hand in Australia using plant materials including snow chrysanthemum, matcha, and silver needle. Working exclusively with silk, the dye process honours the organic variations created through direct engagement with earth matter, water, heat, and time.
Produced entirely by founder Cate Caldis, without outsourcing or industrial manufacturing, the studio approaches clothing as an intimate material relationship rather than seasonal consumption. Guided by the elemental worlds of Earth, Air, and Water, the garments are designed to be lived with slowly — softened through movement, memory, and wear.
