Returns & Refunds

Each SoltysLabel piece is individually handmade in Australia, often made to order. We encourage you to choose carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, colour or a particular piece.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unused and unaltered full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

As many SoltysLabel pieces are individually made for you, customised, bespoke or custom-dyed pieces cannot be returned for change of mind.

Please take particular care when selecting custom colours, measurements or other personalisations. We are always happy to discuss these with you before your order is placed.

Natural Variation

Botanical printing and natural dyeing create organic variations in colour, markings and placement. No two pieces will be identical.

These variations are an intentional part of the process and are not considered faults.

Faulty Items

Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving the studio. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs so we can assist you.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
