A silk ritual cloth designed for adornment, movement, and everyday ceremony.
The 22cm x 140cm rectangle hair wrap is versatile, but often worn around the head or plaited into hair.
The 55cm x 55cm square hair wrap is worn as a headscarf.
The 88cm x 88cm square plant wrap is a multi purpose large square. In Japan, traditionally used as a knotted bag wrap known as furoshiki’. Also can be used as a wall hanging, body wrap or large headscarf.
Individually handmade in Australia from 100% silk, each piece is created through botanical printing and natural dye techniques using snow chrysanthemum, silver needle tea, foraged botanicals, Ayurvedic herbs, and iron.
The organic variations in pigment, marking, and tone are an intentional part of the process, making every wrap entirely one of a kind.
Available within the elemental dye worlds of Earth, Air, and Water, or created in collaboration through a custom botanical palette.
